Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC)

DMRC is a government body (A Joint Venture of Govt. of India and Govt. of NCT of Delhi) constituted to provide metro rail network in Delhi.

Delhi Metro Rail Transport System is undoubtedly the Capital's pride. Built to international standards, this much needed system is an effective solution to all transport problems of the capital and a step towards reduction in the city’s congestion.

It has already completed 61 underground stations up to phase-III and soon work is going to start on Phase-IV having 28 underground stations.

The entire work of underground stations under Phase-III contract had been divided in 4 Lots.

Lot 1: Covered work on complete underground portion of line 6 from Central Secretariat-Kashmere Gate- 7 new stations at Janpath, Mandi House, ITO, Delhi Gate, Jama Masjid, Lal Quila, Kashmere Gate and part work on underground portion of Line-7 from Naraina – Azadpur, which includes 4 underground stations at Naraina, Netaji Subhash Place, Shalimar Bagh and Azadpur stations – total of 11 underground stations.
Lot 2: Covered the work of underground portion from Kalkaji – Vasant Vihar on proposed Line -8 from Botonical Garden to Janakpuri West. There are 10 underground stations covered in this lot.
Lot 3: Covered the work of underground portion of Line -7 from Hazrat Nizzamuddin – Bhikaji Cama Place. There are 8 underground stations covered in this lot.
Lot 4: Covered the works of underground portion of Line-8 from IGI air port – Janakpuri West. There were 5 underground stations in this lot.

The order awarded to M/s Suvidha Engineers (I) Pvt. Ltd comprised Environment Control System (ECS) work for all 11 stations of Lot 1.
