Ltd., has been changed to Shinryo Suvidha Engineers India Pvt. Ltd. with due approval from the shareholders in EGM of 9th July 2019. A new Certificate of Incorporation upon the change of name of the company has been issued by the Registrar of Companies, New Delhi dated 13th August 2019.
